Orders must be called in by 3:00PM for following day delivery.
All orders are presented family style on platters and bowls, unless otherwise arranged. All hot entrées require chafing dish rental, please inquire with your sales representative. Disposable plates, utensils, napkins, cups, and serving spoons are available for an additional charge.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, please allot 45 minutes prior to meal time for delivery.
Available only by appointment. All weekend orders will be charged full price if cancelled after 3:00PM Friday.
All payments are due upon delivery unless a corporate account has been established. All approved credit accounts are due net 30 days. American Express, Visa and MasterCard are honored.
We will happily accommodate fewer than 10 people with the understanding that food will be delivered early.
Orders may not be cancelled or reduced in numbers on the day of the event.
Napa Valley Caterers will happily prepare custom menus upon request.
Because each event is unique, equipment rentals, floral arrangements and service personnel prices will be quoted based on your individual event.
